Up to now, the province has built an electrolytic aluminum production capacity of more than 6 million tons. The silicon photovoltaic industry is accelerating its vertical integration layout. LONGi’s Chuxiong production base has become the world’s major monocrystalline silicon monomer slicing factory; Tongwei Baoshan polycrystalline silicon project has become one of the world’s leading polycrystalline silicon monomer production bases; Jinko has rolled out Yunnan Province’s first N-type high-efficiency solar cell, leading the industry in the country level; Uze Semiconductor is the first to achieve mass production of 110 micron 210 “small gold bricks”. At present, the province has built a polysilicon production capacity of 50,000 tons. The Tongwei Phase II and Xinyi Phase I polysilicon projects are about to be put into operation. The entire new energy battery industry chain has been basically formed. Continue to strengthen policy guidance, carry out in-depth targeted investment promotion, and introduce leading positive and negative material companies such as Defang Nano, Hunan Yuneng, Shanshan Technology and Beterui, as well as upstream supporting companies such as Enjie Co., Ltd., Duofuoduo, Yiwei Lithium Energy , Funeng Technology and other leading battery manufacturing companies have settled in Yunnan for development.
