The “Wanli” project is jointly developed and constructed by three municipal state-owned enterprises, Beijing Investment Corporation, Beijing Tourism Group and Beijing Urban Construction Group, with an investment of over 10 billion yuan and a total development scale of approximately 500,000 square meters. This project is a new generation TOD demonstration project in Beijing. It is a comprehensive development oriented by public transportation.
