existEllerslieAt the scene of the incident, there were some forensic doctors wearing coveralls and a police officer flying a drone over the house.

A police spokesman said there would be an increased police presence in the area today, including on-site guards.

When the Herald went to the scene, there were at least seven police cars there.

The police stated:“Our focus is on establishing the circumstances of the death and supporting the victim’s family at this difficult time.”

A woman carrying a cardboard box walked into one of the two-unit homes that had been cordoned off.

Neighbors didn’t hear anything unusual last night, but one woman said police told her there was one“serious incident“.

A passer-by told the Herald that the unit in front of the house was recently on the market and had been sold.
