Shandong Province UAV Industry Chain Innovation and Development Conference was held in Binzhou – Binzhou Channel

  Luwang News April 27 On April 26, the Shandong Province UAV Industry Chain Innovation and Development Conference was held in Binzhou. Experts, scholars, and industry elites from the drone industry inside and outside the province gathered in Binzhou to discuss the development of the drone industry and help the low-altitude economy fly high.

Zhou Liwei, deputy governor of the People’s Government of Shandong Province; Wu Qihui, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics; Qu Yuekuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Binzhou, deputy mayor and secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone, attended the conference and delivered speeches respectively. Zheng Weimin, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Zhang Honghai, professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, delivered keynote speeches.

Zhou Liwei said in his speech that the UAV industry has huge market potential and broad development prospects. Shandong Province will conscientiously implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, give full play to its advantages in resource factors, industrial leadership, and scenario applications, adhere to enterprises as the main body and market as the guide, and focus on improving innovation capabilities, cultivating high-quality enterprises, and expanding application scenarios. Seven major actions, including the development of industrial clusters, breakthroughs in derivative businesses, strengthening of cooperation space, and improvement of quality standards, will focus on promoting the systematic, large-scale, and characteristic development of the UAV industry, and strive to create a new growth engine for the low-altitude economy.

Wu Qihui said in his speech that Shandong has a strong industrial foundation and rich resources, which provides favorable conditions for UAV R&D, manufacturing and integrated innovative applications. After China Southern formally signed a contract with Binzhou High-tech Zone, with the support of Binzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government, it built and improved low-altitude economic development infrastructure, laying a solid foundation for low-altitude economic development. As a participant, witness and builder of the development of the UAV industry in Shandong Province and Binzhou City, China Southern Airlines will further strive to gather high-quality resources to realize technological chain complementation, product strong chain, and diversified solid chain, in order to establish an unmanned aerial vehicle with Shandong characteristics. The human-machine industry system contributes wisdom and strength.

Qu Yuekuan said in his speech that Binzhou has planned and constructed three major parks: the High-tech Zone UAV Industrial Park, the Dagao Aviation High-tech Industrial Park, and the Economic Development Zone Aerospace Industrial Park. It has successively introduced Nanjing Changkong, Chengdu Zongheng, Hangda Hanlai, and Inno Technology and other leading companies have accelerated the construction of a “government + chain owner + base + fund + enterprise” aggregate ecosystem. In the next step, Binzhou will expand the communication space with the depth of opening, expand the flight space with the altitude of airspace, expand the industrial space with the development speed, expand the innovation space with the depth of talents, expand the application space with the breadth of the market, expand the cooperation space with the service temperature, and provide unmanned services. It provides a platform for machine companies to “fly” and grow, releasing strong momentum for low-altitude economic development.

The theme of this conference is “Enjoy Low Altitude, Enjoy the Future with Chains”. At the meeting, the construction of the UAV industry chain in Shandong Province, the Shandong Industrial UAV Manufacturing Innovation Center, and the Shandong UAV Inspection and Testing Center were officially launched. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has released typical application scenarios and key products of drones in the province. It will further increase support and promotion efforts, adhere to demand orientation and effect orientation, strengthen the precise docking of products, scenarios and solutions, and continue to introduce new concepts , provide new products and develop new scenarios. The Provincial Meteorological Bureau and State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company released requirements for drone application scenarios, and Chengdu Zongheng, Qingdao Ousen, Shandong Longyi, Weihai Guangtai, and Nanjing Aerospace National Equipment conducted roadshows to promote application scenarios and key products.

At the conference, Binzhou High-tech Zone focused on the future development of the UAV industry, and cooperated with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics UAV Research Institute, Shandong University of Aeronautics and Xi’an Jingdong Tianhong Technology Co., Ltd. on key university cooperation projects and key UAV projects. Drone companies signed cooperation agreements to inject new vitality into the development of the drone industry.
