According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, there was little precipitation in most areas of my country yesterday, and rain and snow occurred in northern Xinjiang. It is expected that in the next three days, northern Xinjiang, eastern Inner Mongolia and Northeast China will be at risk of heavy snowfall or low-temperature rain, snow and freezing disasters. Pay attention to the impact on transportation, agriculture and animal husbandry; North China, Huanghuai, Jianghuai and other places pay attention to haze weather Impact on transportation, human health, etc.
Cold wave will affect our country
From the 21st to the 24th, the cold wave will affect our country from west to east. In the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the north, there will be northerly winds of magnitude 4 to 6, gusts of magnitude 7 to 8, and local magnitude 9; the temperature will generally drop by 6 to 10°C. The temperature in Inner Mongolia, Northeastern China, western and northern North China, and the eastern Huanghuai River will drop by 12 to 16°C. Some areas in eastern Inner Mongolia and eastern Northeastern China will exceed 16°C. The main period of strong wind cooling will be from the 22nd to the 24th.
Before the impact of the cold wave, the temperature rose in the central and eastern regions. At the same time, the atmospheric diffusion conditions were poor in central and southern North China, Huanghuai and other places. Some areas had light to moderate haze. From night to morning on the 20th and 21st, eastern North China, Huanghuai and other places There is heavy fog in some areas such as Bubu and Jianghuai. Since the early morning of the 22nd, due to the influence of cold air, the atmospheric diffusion conditions in the above-mentioned areas have improved significantly, and the haze weather has gradually weakened and dissipated from north to south.
There will be heavy snowfall in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and other places
From the 21st to the 23rd, there will be rain and snow in the central, eastern and northeastern regions of Inner Mongolia. There will be light rain that turns to sleet or snow in Liaoning, central and eastern Jilin, and southeastern Heilongjiang. Some areas in eastern Inner Mongolia, central and southern Heilongjiang, and eastern Jilin will have heavy to heavy snowfall, with local heavy snowfall, and the cumulative snowfall will reach 8 ~20 mm, with local areas reaching 20~25 mm. The newly added snow depth is 6~15 cm, with local areas reaching around 20 cm. The main impact period is from the night of the 21st to the 22nd.
There are strong winds in the southern waters of my country
From the 20th to the 21st, there were strong winds of magnitude 5 to 6 and gusts of magnitude 7 to 9 in western Inner Mongolia, eastern Xinjiang, western and eastern Qinghai, western Gansu, and central and western Tibet. The Taiwan Strait, Bashi Strait, and the northeastern and central South China Sea There will be strong winds of magnitude 7 to 8 and gusts of magnitude 9 in the sea and the southwestern waters of the South China Sea. The Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue blue gale warnings at 06:00 on November 20 (see Figures 1 and 2).
