[TheEpochTimesNovember192023](Epoch Times reporter Li Xi’s interview and report) The date of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has not yet been determined. In early November, petitioners were imprisoned in the CCP’s black jails because of the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Shanghai petitioner Yu Zhonghuan told an Epoch Times reporter on the 17th, “At present, the authorities’ ‘stability maintenance’ on the petitioners has been partially lifted, but some petitioners are still being held in black jails. It is said that there are meetings in Beijing from the end of November to the beginning of December. , so these people will not be released until the end of the meeting. The ones I know include Li Xia from Jinqiao Town, Pudong New District, and Zhang Yanhong from Jing’an District.”

He said, “The local party and government petition departments are very keen on ‘maintaining stability’, and running black jails has a lot of money to embezzle. Whenever important national meetings are held, thousands of petitioners are illegally kidnapped and detained by the local party and government petition departments. He was detained in a private black jail set up by the petition department and suffered inhumane persecution. The local party and government petition bureau (office) is simply a terrorist organization!”

From interception to prison, black security safety package

Shanghai petitioner Zhang Yanhong told The Epoch Times reporter, “On November 5, I went to Beijing to petition. As soon as I arrived at Beijing South Railway Station, I was kidnapped by a group of strange men. They took me directly back to Shanghai Customs and into the black jail on Chongming Island. I heard the black security guards say , this time it may be until the end of the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, which will probably take about a month.”

This time Zhang Yanhong was intercepted. No government interception officers or police were seen during the entire process, which was completely monitored by underworld people. She said, “No one from the street has come, and I still don’t know the identities of these people.”

Zhang Yanhong should have received a share of compensation and resettlement due to house demolition, but she was not allocated one. “My child was still young at the time, and their behavior might harm my child. They brought a stack of blank documents and forced me to sign, so I had no choice but to sign. I have been petitioning for this matter. Over the years, I have been kidnapped, detained, and blackmailed. Reincarnation in prison,” she said.

In addition, Li Xia, a petitioner from Jinqiao Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, was kidnapped and detained by the town’s Petition Office in mid-to-early August and sent to the Chongming Island Black Prison for more than three months.

Petitioner was violently treated by gangster security guards, maimed and died

In recent years, petitioners who have been abducted and detained in black jails by the Petition Office have often been injured or even killed.

Hu Berson, a 76-year-old elderly petitioner from Jinqiao Town, Pudong New District, Shanghai, was illegally kidnapped and detained by the Jinqiao Town Petitions Office from September to November this year. During his detention in Chongming Island Black Prison, he suffered long-term persecution, torture, abuse and beatings by black security guards. With his face covered in blood, and at a critical moment when his life was seriously violated and his life was on the line, Huberson angrily picked up the toilet tank cover and smashed the heads of two security guards, successfully escaping from the prison.

Liu Shuzhen, a household relocated for the World Expo, has been defending her rights for 19 years. She is kidnapped and detained in a black jail every year for so-called stability maintenance. Her daughter Cui Fufang was also sent to a labor camp for one year. She was also kidnapped and detained by the Petition Office every year. She was often tortured and beaten to the point where her right index finger lost function. .

Sun Hongzheng, a 74-year-old petitioner from Huangpu District, has been in a black jail for the past two years. The security guards often beat and kicked her. They did not buy her any underwear and made her naked in front of them. She had to be wrapped in a bath towel. Live the body.

During the lockdown in Shanghai, the secretary of the neighborhood committee where she was registered used a hard stick to break her head and required ten stitches, and her left arm was fractured.

In addition to being held in a black jail, being placed under house arrest is also deeply painful for the petitioners. Zhao Xueming, an elderly disabled petitioner from Wuliqiao Street in Huangpu District, has been locked up in his home by the street petition office for more than three months. He has not been given any food and has been left to fend for himself. Fortunately, enthusiastic petitioners and other people from all walks of life sent food to the couple, so they did not starve to death.

Also, Shanghai petitioners who were kidnapped, detained and persecuted to death for petitioning include: Chen Xiaoming, Duan Huimin, Teng Jindi, etc. And the murderers are still at large.

Yu Zhonghuan was persecuted and his family was destroyed.

Yu Zhonghuan, who was forcibly demolished, was kidnapped and detained by Zheng Daorong, director of the Petitions Office of Jinqiao Town, in early February this year and sent to Chongming Island Black Prison. At that time, his mentally ill daughter was getting sick, and he was about to take her to the hospital for medical treatment. Zheng Daorong ignored Yu Zhonghuan’s pleading and put him in a black jail.

They forced him to sign an agreement to entrust his daughter to the government, snatched the keys to the Yu family’s house, opened the door of the Yu family’s house privately, and forcibly sent his seriously ill daughter to a nursing home for the disabled without allowing her to receive medical treatment. His daughter suffered an illness due to being cut off from treatment.

Yu Zhonghuan was kidnapped and detained in a black jail for more than a month. The security guards refused to allow him to see a doctor despite his high blood pressure and heart disease. They also stripped him naked, searched him, humiliated him, and tortured him repeatedly.

Yu Zhonghuan’s wife Shi Ping died on the way to appeal last year, and her body has not been cremated.
