He said that under the strong leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, China’s Xinjiang has achieved unprecedented achievements in economic and social development. We will unswervingly move forward in the right direction guided by President Xi Jinping, completely, accurately and comprehensively implement the Xinjiang governance strategy of the Communist Party of China in the new era, firmly adhere to the overall goal of social stability and long-term peace and order, and coordinate the promotion of Xinjiang governance according to law, unity and stability, and cultural enrichment. Xinjiang, enriching the people and rejuvenating Xinjiang, and long-term construction of Xinjiang, social harmony and stability in the north and south of the Tianshan Mountains, strong economic development momentum, and people of all ethnic groups’ sense of gain, happiness, and security continue to increase. Some forces in the United States and other Western countries wantonly spread rumors, slander and deliberately smear Xinjiang, which is completely contrary to the facts. Any attacks and slanders will not hinder Xinjiang’s development. This time, everyone will have a more objective and fair understanding of the real Xinjiang through an on-the-spot inspection of Xinjiang’s economic development, ethnic and religious issues, and human rights protection. China’s Xinjiang has always been open. We welcome friends from all walks of life to visit and exchange in Xinjiang. We also hope that everyone can visit and see more. We will continue to expand opening up to the outside world, further deepen exchanges and cooperation with Malta and other countries, continue to enhance understanding and mutual trust, and promote mutually beneficial development.

Xinjiang has promoted various ethnic minorities to achieve significant development and progress, and we are more aware of the importance of harmonious coexistence and common development of all ethnic groups. The Malta Labor Party attaches great importance to developing relations with China. China’s industrial investment in Malta has benefited many local people.
