Strong winds and cooling weather will occur in the central and eastern regions

From November 9th to 13th, strong winds and cooling weather will occur in the central and eastern regions from north to south. The cumulative temperature drop in most areas will be 6 to 10°C, including eastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guizhou and Guangxi. The temperature in some areas of the country can reach more than 12℃; strong cooling in the south mainly occurs from the 10th to the 13th; around the 13th, the minimum temperature line of 0℃ is located along the line from central and southern Shandong to northern Henan, and the minimum temperature in the Jianghuai region is about 5℃.

From 08:00 on November 9 to 08:00 on November 10, there will be strong winds of magnitude 7 to 8 and gusts of magnitude 9 to 10 in most of the Yellow Sea, the northern waters of the East China Sea, the eastern waters of the Bohai Sea, and the Bohai Strait. There are moderate rains and localized heavy rains in parts of eastern Guizhou, northern Hunan, northwest and eastern Jiangxi, central and southern Zhejiang, central and northern Fujian, and southeastern Guangdong. There are winds of magnitude 4 to 6 in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, most of Northeast China, the Shandong Peninsula, eastern Jiangnan, and the eastern coast of Fujian (see Figure 4).
