From 08:00 on November 9 to 08:00 on November 10, there was light snow or sleet in some areas in northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwest Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, Xinjiang’s Ili Valley, western mountainous areas of southern Xinjiang, and southeastern Tibet. There were moderate to heavy rains in some areas in western Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, and northern South China. Among them, there were heavy rains (50-70 mm) in some areas in central and northern Jiangxi, central Zhejiang, and northwest Fujian.
