Hao Peng and Li Lecheng said that in recent years, with the care and support of the Ministry of Transport, the construction of Liaoning’s comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network has been steadily promoted, and it has been approved as the first batch of national pilot projects for building a strong transportation country. The multimodal transport projects of Dalian Port and Yingkou Port have become national demonstration projects , Shenyang and Dalian were selected as international comprehensive transportation hub cities. The smooth implementation of these projects provided strong support for Liaoning’s economic and social development. General Secretary Xi Jinping cared deeply about the revitalization and development of Liaoning, entrusted him earnestly, guided him carefully, and encouraged him. At present, we are thoroughly implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and the decisions and arrangements made at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. On the one hand, we are focusing on high-quality development and on the other hand, comprehensively and strictly governing the party. We are fully implementing the three-year action of comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs. The operation has shown a comprehensive stabilization and recovery, and the overall trend is obviously improving. It has continuously improved the outside world’s expectations for Liaoning and enhanced the ability to maintain the country’s “five major security”. Liaoning is located in the center of Northeast Asia, with both land and sea, customs clearance and access to the sea. It is an important window for the “Belt and Road” construction to open to the north. We give full play to the advantages of location, focus on promoting the construction of a strong transportation province in the three-year action of comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs, shape new advantages in development with the construction of a high-quality transportation strong province, and help accelerate the construction of a strong transportation country. It is hoped that the Ministry of Transport will continue to care about and support the development of Liaoning’s transportation industry, vigorously support the construction of key expressway projects, help open up the bottleneck sections of ordinary national highways, support Shenyang and Dalian to build national-level comprehensive freight hubs, and promote the high-quality development of Liaoning’s transportation.
