From July 5th to July 31st, I joined the “Green Horse Red Heart” practice group of Central China Normal University and participated in the summer “Three Going to the Countryside” volunteer teaching activities. As a normal student, this activity gave me the opportunity to put the theoretical knowledge I have mastered into real life. It also gave me a chance to show my abilities. It also improved my teaching experience and strengthened my determination to be a teacher. .

The three-foot podium writes the persistence and dreams of many people, spreading sunshine and hope. For me, standing on the podium is not only a social practice experience, but also means responsibility and responsibility. There I can see young students studying seriously in the classroom and running and playing freely on the playground; I can hear cute and polite students saying hello to me cordially; I can enjoy being with the students in class. I was immersed in the happy learning atmosphere; I was moved by how every student actively answered my questions during class and surrounded me after class. Students are eager to see a new world as soon as they open their eyes, and while I do my best to teach them knowledge and broaden their horizons, I also make them successful and happy in their studies.

The scene when I stood on the podium for the first time seems like yesterday. I can still remember it clearly. It was a hectic art class. This experience also sounded a wake-up call for me, warning me that while adhering to my original intention of education, I should also improve my professional skills and continue to grow.

After the first class, I felt extremely full as I watched the children excitedly share their rubbings with me.

People often say: read thousands of books and travel thousands of miles. This is the first time in more than ten years that I have transformed knowledge into practice, communicated face-to-face with classmates in class, and tried to express clearly what I wanted to express. After many days of practice, I gradually got better and mastered some skills: I also need to analyze specific problems in class, and set up some attractive content for lower grades to educate and entertain; We should pay more attention to the hierarchy and logic of the classroom and mobilize students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning.

This teaching experience also made me discover some problems that need to be improved urgently. Yaoji Primary School is the best primary school in the local town, but problems such as lack of hardware facilities, insufficient teachers, and the need to strengthen students’ quality education cannot be ignored. The tables are all old and shabby, but they are still in use. In addition, most students lack common sense of life, lack of insight and vision. Faced with such a situation, I try my best to do what I should do according to my instinct, and I also hope that society and the government will solve these problems. I try my best to enrich the courseware, hoping to use multimedia to broaden their horizons; lead them out of the classroom after class, and lead them to learn etiquette and common sense in life; when correcting homework, carefully analyze the reasons for their mistakes and leave encouragement and encouragement at the end. They are simple, clean and uncontaminated. After getting along with each other for these days, I found that it was not that they hated learning, but they just lacked a guide, and I just appeared at the right time, acting as a beacon for their short time, guiding them through a journey of seeking knowledge.

There is a long way to go to develop the future. If we are young, we will continue to struggle. In the days to come, I will study harder, work harder, improve my abilities, and be a real teacher in the future.
